Financial Representative

As part of the in-store task-force team, we want you:

  • To promote an exceptional customer experience by ensuring that all merchandise is shelved onto the sales floor in a timely manner.
  • To enrich the experience within the store by assisting in the daily operations of the store and building team spirit with your colleagues


In store you will:

  • Support a well-run operational environment by knowing and following all pertinent policies and practices
  • Support a well-run operational environment by shelving product shipments, sorting and preparing merchandise for placement on the sales floor and maintaining general organization and cleanliness of the receiving room
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve store operations and sales and share them with your manager
  • Additional tasks to improve the customer experience, as required

You are the ideal candidate if:

You have a demonstrated passion and talent for working in a team-based retail environment (with the added bonus of previous stockroom or shelving experience). You want to be a part of the most inspiring retail environment for books and life enriching products and services. You have excellent communication skills, high energy, and a willingness to learn and achieve results.


Job Requirements :

You must be available to work for 6 AM to 10 PM Monday through Friday and anytime on weekends. Reliable transportation is a must.
